The Chennai chapter meeting held on 29.09.2010 were attended by 8 PWS. Pankaj Tiwary a new PWS has attended the meeting.
As usual, we spoke about one hour about stammering like acceptance, attending interviews etc.
Then the discussion come to meditation. I told that meditation is the best thing to calm our mind.
I taught 2 type of meditation.
One is close our eyes and just watch the incoming and outgoing breath. we have done it for 15 min.
The second one is just watch our thoughts is be a spectator of your thoughts. we have done it for another 15 min.
After 1/2 an hour of meditation, everyone became very calm. Many has informed that they were first time experiencing this type of calmness. They also assured to do meditation at home.
Here I request other SHGs to do meditation regularly for 1/2 an hour and notice the benefit. Its really immense..
