    Dear Vijay- Good thoughts. But write more than just a few lines. Better, if you could write about what you are ACTUALLY doing about it, what you have found helpful etc. Your real life experiences. That will benefit people more in the long run.

    nice vijay ji….u are absolutely right ..thinking too much always increase problem ..because at that either we remain at future or in past and a prob can be solved only in present .
