Pramod suggested an exercise which he had done in the Army camp. This exercise was done for people before they do the sky diving. This was a very tough exercise after which everyone were totally exhausted. Then we started with the meditation round. The meditation was really good. Many people went into Trans during this exercise. We also did Auto Suggestion after this and it was totally relaxing after this.
Last week was awesome as usual. We met in Cubbonpark at 10:00 AM. I was a bit late to the session. When walking towards to same beautiful HUT, I was welcomed by the smiling faces of Dinesh, Abhinav, Sairam and Anna. The smile spoke everything about the discussion that was going on. They were speaking about Politics and how AAP was contesting in Bangalore.
We waiting for about 15 minutes, during this time other people joined us. We then started with our weekly Activities. We started with the usual Laughing exercise. We scremed, laughed and had fun during this exercise. The outcome was we woke up a lady who was sleeping on the park bench. After this we conducted series of breathing exercises and voice modulation exercises.
Anna had a prepared speech which he gave really good. It was well prepared which he had practices for about 6 to 7 times. Kudos Anna.
After this we went to a place surrounded by Trees. The intention was to shout and scream. We started screaming as much as we could. This round was Word building. We started to tell each movie name. We did this activity for about 15 minutes before we dispersed.
Every week we are seeing increase in Energy and participation among individuals which is a good sign. People still thinking whether to join these weekly sessions, just join us this week and feel the difference.
