    These 3 days you can decide to do some breathing exercises like belly breathing,breath awareness at diffrent moments.a good way is to talk other PWSs about their 'take' & experinces and note them on your journal..
    it all helps us.

    Bhai..chill maar..sleep..wake up sleep..play..climb trees…think nothing..fly kites..steal mangoes…best is do nothing..go blank..
