On 17.10.2010 myself, Mr. Mohit Sharma and Mr. Ishan Chug formally met together in sector 33 Park chandigarh at 1 pm. During the meet we did following sequence wise activities:
1.Deep breathing exercises.
2. Meditation by closing the eyes and counting down even nos. like 100, 98, 96 to 0, imagining as the nos. are seen in mind.
3.Meditation by staring at an object point without blinking the eyes.
4. Relaxation of eyes, mouth, vocal chords i.e. lips, jaws, tongue, palates etc. by opening and stretching it wide and relaxing.
5.Reading paras from newspaper in slow prolongation method.
6.Then everyone spoke about the problem and how to overcome it in voluntary stuttering method.
We three felt quite benefitted with the meet and decided to meet regularly. It was commited that above exercises would be done daily fot atleast 30 minutes. We also resolved to motivate other known PWS to bring in the Meet. PWS in and around Chandigarh are requested to join the group for their benefit. It is again clarified that it is absolutely FREE . There is no FEE.
Both Mr. Ishan and Mr. Mohit formally registered themselves for the coming proposed communication workshop to be organised at Chandigarh. More response is awaited.
