One of the main problem with PWS is that we think too much about our failures and do not relish our good time when we had performed well. Whenever I perform well I always reward myself either by giving a good treat to myself or by buying some good thing for my personal use. I think this is very important. So friends, do not worry at all about your failures and also do not even try to control such bad rememberings either. Begin your day by thinking good thoughts. Think as many good thoughts as you can each day. As you start thinking positive thoughts , more such thoughts will come to you and ultimely the positive thoughts will altogether overcome the nagative thoughts.
