Stammering – a Conscious approach

Fear or Stammering is created by our sub conscious mind.

In our childhood, we used to stammer without much special efforts & we didn’t tried either to hide it.
we simply used to ssstammer.We didn’t had the habbit of counting our blocks or figuring out difficult alphabets/situations etc.
Then why our stammering have grown up as a tremendous stressful experience in our adulthood???
Why we need to put so much efforts trying to win those block & feared alphabets???
Lets pause our lives for a few moments to think about it!!!
Lets try to observe consciously our facial expression as well as our mental agitation;whenever next time, we get stuck on a block.
If we keep on observing it continuously for some days, we may find it absolutely unnecessary to put so much efforts trying to overcome those blocks.
It is just a suggestion for all of us PWS.
As we are already doing/applying so many techniques to our beloved stammering, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to give it a shot too 🙂
