So, we talked and later, we practiced some speech skills like holding on to stammering moment; it is a good tool based on Vol.Stuttering. You go into a stutter (or block) and stay CONSCIOUS in that moment, till the other person gives you a sign to come out. It is like taking a big gulp of air and then diving down under water, to see how long you can hold. You may come out using a pull out technique. Sounds simple, but it can cause major upheaval to your cognitive world (and to your ego!).
Afterwards, Vaibhav gave me a ride to Baluwala, from where I took a longish walk back home, as sun set on the wheat fields, Dhaak forests, streams, low hills, hamlets etc. The whole of the day, I had inhabited the world of man- the evening was spent in the world created by Nature.. and it was a very rejuvenating experience to see nature, as it is- untinkered by men.
