Read Here

Since there is no medical cure and available therapy almost always ends in relapse and self-blame, it makes sense to develop problem solving skills on our own: you would surely learn to fix running repairs if you are going on a world tour, instead of carrying your mechanic with you. It is all the more useful since it is practiced in a group. You develop social and communication skills, instead of chasing fluency alone.
