2nd March Faridabad SHG

On 2nd march,2014…it was for the first when we met for the SHG meeting
in Faridabad at Townpark sec-12. Abhishek,Umesh,Harshveer and Naresh
attended the meeting. We started with the introductions one by one. Then
Umesh Rawat helped us with some meditations and to feel comfortable
within ourselves and to realise our breath and get relaxed. Then we all
shared our views and belief regarding betterment of our speech and also
discussed that how expressive we can make our speech by head and body
movements. We have also took it an oppertunity to interact with a group
of 10-15 people there in the park being gathered for to discuss the
social issues and when we are asked….we advertised our “TISA” to them.
In this way our meeting went away successfully.
