TISA to be Registered as TRUST

Dear All,
It is hereby informed that efforts are going on to register our TISA as “PUBLIC TRUST”. A name has to be chosen for our trust. Hence members are hereby requested to suggest name for our trust. The best and appropriate name will be selected by the core team and will be announced in the forthcoming National Conference  at New Delhi.

    बहुत अच्छी खबर है हम सबके लिए। टीसा को नेशनल लेवल पर वैधानिक रूप प्रदान करने के लिए Trust के पंजीकरण की आवश्यकता महसूस हो रही थी। अब हमारी गतिविधियां और ज्यादा व्यापक रूप में देशभर में आयोजित करने में मदद मिलेगी। और अनुरोध की इस Trust का नाम हिन्दी में ही रखा जाना ज्यादा उचित होगा।

    Yes. The word 'STAMMERING' should come so that anybody easily understand its purpose and come forward for seeking help. My suggestions are
    ALL INDIA STAMMERING CONTROL TRUST
    INDIAN STAMMERING CONTROL TRUST
    ALL INDIA STAMMER COUNSELLING TRUST
    INDIAN STAMMER COUNSELLING TRUST
    STAMMERING CONTROL TRUST
    STAMMER COUNSELLING TRUST
    INDIAN STUTTERING TREATMENT AND RESEARCH TRUST OR FOUNDATION

    Just my thoughts. Suggestions from everyone are welcome.

    as per future requirements, it is a great idea to form Trust of TISA
    ( T-TISA).
    If we will be able to establish 3-4 centers of TISA near metro cities or in centre of india, we will be able to help so many PWS. Centers may be on concept of VIPASANA centres, free of cost Boarding, Lodging and food, but daily routine will be as per centre rule.TISA can provide here intensive therapy. And financial requirements of TISA centers may be on Ramakrishna Mission's concept. Unemployed PWS will do practice and volunteering , employed PWS will donate.

    It will be like sankaracharya established 4 maths for spiritual practice.

    (Whenever I was trying to type sankaracharya's 2 words …sa, my mobile dictionary was typing sachin……….
    Mobile also knows that for upliftment of indian PWS, sachin sir is born in the form of modern sankaracharya. )

    The idea of creating 4 centers by Hemant is really good. But it requires lot of money and time. Its a long journey. But let us try.

    Yes- "The Indian Stammering Self-Help Trust" (TISST)- also sounds fine. I think, "self-help" is an important core theme..as opposed to formal paid therapy, which is problematic on many counts.. just my thoughts..

    I feel prefixing an indian alphabet would add more orientation, character to the name..apart from amking it lool zazzy..:) ..and the short form DISHA meaning direction feels apt too..

    going further all SHJ groups can have their local language representation of the prefix "
    the" ..

    for example KOLKATA SHG can use …
    দ – INDIAN STUTTERERS SELF HEAL ASSOCIATION (DISHA)

    All suggestions are good but only one of them is chosen….

    My suggestion for name of Trust is:

    "All India Council of Stammering" (AICS)

    TISA is a brand name, so all PWS please Vote my suggestion.

    आनन्द जी, काउंसिल तो एकदम अगल चीज है। काउंसिल यानी परिषद का गठन सरकार करती है। हमें टीसा के मूल मंत्र स्वयं सहायता को ध्यान में रखकर ही trust का नाम सोचना होगा।

    INDIAN STAMMERING TRUST (IST)

    Note: Due to "TRUST" word it will not need to add Self-Help or something else, because TRUST is not used in commercial purpose its my opinion.

    Its really right decition to make a trust for stammerer.my suggetion is to open TISA center in middle of India like varanasi ,Allahabad,kanpur,or Lucknow. The trust name may be 'The Indian stammering self Help Trust,
