(April 17, 2013 - 9:06 am)Yes, Mani- I read somewhere that "being thankful" does improve our physical and mental health.. I have often conducted an exercise with pws- I ask them to write a long list of the small or big things they could be grateful for, in life.. As they keep on working on this list, their attitude and thought pattern starts to change.. With "cognition" changes "behaviour"- and with that, speech too gets changed.. Only challenge is to do something like this every day or may be- every second day..
