Day 1 (27 March)

Vehicle pick up from
Gurukripa at 9.15 am. We begin at 9.30 am sharp.

9.30 to 10.30 am:
Registration and Rapid Intro game

10.30 to 11.30 am :
a) expectations and ground rules
b)Vocalization, Articulation,
Eye contact, Bouncing techniques (OPD practice: stammering interviews
time permitting)

11.30 to 1 pm:
Prolongation & Pausing

1-2 pm lunch

2-3.30 pm: Review
techniques plus Vol. Stammering; Block correction (cancellation, Pull
out)

3.30 -5 pm: Mini
presentations plus feedback

Dispersal by 5.30 pm

Sharing experiences
(theme: opening up, acceptance), moderated by Hemant, at Hotel from
7- 8.30 pm

Day 2 (28 March)

Morning meditation
session with Hemant (if possible) 5.30 to 6.30 am

Vehicle pick up at 9
am. We begin at 9.15 am.

9.15 am to 1 pm :
Peer counseling by Sr Helen Morgan (concepts, role plays, peer
practice; videography)

1-2 pm : Lunch

2- 4 pm: OPD hall –
mini presentations (using various techniques; videography on
cellphones for review)

4-5 pm: Open Q &
A session

5-7 pm: Role plays

Dispersal at 7 pm
(long day, but cheer up. It will be lots and lots of fun)

Day 3 (29 March)

9.30 – 11 am :
Technical issues behind stammering; Role of EFT,
Vipassana, Brahma Vidya, AOL, Toast Master, journaling
etc. ; Road
to Recovery- Next 12 months’ plans (by sachin)

11 – 1 pm : OPD
practice rounds- using techniques with strangers and peer review

1-2 pm : Lunch

2-4 pm : Present
your personal plan: what and how?

4-5.30 pm: Collect
AHJ; exchange IDs, phone numbers; plan whatsapp group and next alumni
meeting. Close with a Joke round.

Important Notice: Please send your bio (2000 words- Hindi or English) and picture to Hemant, at the earliest- latest by 21st March. This is essential requirement for your seat in the workshop…Please see the two such stories below for style and guidance.

REGISTARTION-FEE: Rs. 500/- to be deposited “on the
Spot”. This amount is used for
common expenses i.e. Tea/snacks,, vehicle for outing, food ( only Lunch) ,TISA
material (CD, manual) and to make a small contribution to Children with Special
needs at Anugrah. Rest costs for
board-lodging and food will be born by the participant, which is around 400/-
per Day (lesser if hotel room is shared etc.). You do not pay anything to TISA
facilitators.

town, is on Dehradun-Chandigarh highway (NH72), 40 km from Dehradun, near
Paonta Sahib (just 12 km away). Participants can reach herbertpur by road from
Chandigarh(via Nahan) and as well as from Jagadhari, haryana. or by train via

– from outside of Dehradun Railway station you can get shared auto or mini bus
for Prem Nagar , and from Prem nagar , many buses available for Vikas nagar
every few minutes.

Taxi stand
too is just out side Dehradun railway station; a car (5 people) for Vikasnagar
(Hotel Gurukripa) will cost about Rs 1000. Share your phone numbers in the
comment section below- so that you can coordinate your arrival and share a car.

by Bus from Dehradun- you can take an auto from
Dehradun Railway station to ISBT (Bus stand) for Rs 80-100. From ISBT,
you will get many buses going to Vikasnagar.

If you are
dropped off at Herbertpur, take a cab, Rickshaw or a bus to Hotel Gurukripa, just 2 km away
