Friends, many of us keep looking for that ‘perfect’ technique for the best part of our lives.. While some, like Karan (from Kanpur SHG), get hold of one idea and get down to work with it relentlessly- and guess what? – they make rapid progress! Karan had to make a presentation in his office on project management. So he did a little research, wrote down a script, read it out loud, recorded it- and listened to it quite a few times to understand where he needed to work more and what exactly- and voila!
