We perform bad when we are tense and under undue pressure. Now the question is what aggravates tension? To me doing wrong things and telling lie contribute towards tension. So we should believe in purity of life and live a honest life that eases us. Once we are calm from inside there is excellent coordination between our thought process & speech and as a result we perform well. Moreover look for the good in every person and every situation. You will almost always find it.
Further, self- mastery and the consistent care of one’s mind , body and soul are essential to finding one’s dreams. How can you care for others if you cannot even care for yourself? How can you do good if you don’t even feel good? I can’t love you if I cannot love myself. Friends, cultivate your mind– it will blossom beyond your expectations. The quality of our life is determined by the quality of our thoughts. Lead a pure life and set examples for others. It works . Please try.
