Brahma Vidya Testimony

Dear Friends,

Today morning I got an e-mail from a lady in Bangalore- “Miss T” who did the Brahmavidya course a year ago.

Following is an excerpt from her e-mail :

I’m very happy to say I speak perfectly well and clearly. I love talking now. I stammer occasionally, which is hardly noticed. I’m very happy for having fulfilled one of my biggest dream to speak well. I Thank You for introducing me to Brahmavidya and providing all the beautiful CD and books, and for being with me throughout the phase. Those 6 months were the best learning in my life. I wish lot more PWS would speak fluently by Brahmavidya.

I practice BV exercise everyday without fail for 1hour. BV has made me view life and people differently and making me a better person

It is very heartening to receive such e-mails.

I hope you all are motivated to do the Brahmavidya course (www.brahmavidya.net) and speak fluently.

Warm Regards,

M.K.Peerbhai

From user's perspective – they are all one and GOOD. Go for whichever you can access.. 20 minutes everyday makes me laugh! :-))
    Not enough…

@dhruva I will say that you give trial to both the techniques and see for yourself which suits you best. Nice to hear that you meditate regularly.

Dhruva- my experience is: after we sit down, our thoughts take about 20-25 minutes to settle down. When you put down a cup after stirring it- tea leaves dont stop running around immediately. So, real meditation starts only after you have been seated for at least 20-30 minutes.. Morning and night is best time, before going to sleep and after getting up..
If you could do this, you will find Brahma Vidya and Vipassana both easy to learn..
    All the best!
