Since there is no medical cure and available therapy almost always ends in relapse and self-blame, it makes sense to develop problem solving skills on our own: you would surely learn to fix running repairs if you are going on a world tour, instead of carrying your mechanic with you. In addition, we share and practice many more skills/ approaches: listening, Body language, team skills, leadership, self-assertion, peer counseling- above all being a member of a vibrant community, through fair give and take.
