Meeting the Angels..

On Jan17th, we set out to meet the Little Angels at the Ruva Foundation – A comfort home for kids..

Here is how the story unfolded..

Lost for words..

We met at Cubbon at 9am and started our Journey towards Ruva Foundation



Swarnalatha, Mansi and Pratibha did minute to minute planning! Girls lead from the front!!
SHG Intro under way – We share we have a little glitch!!
 


Mansi breaks the Ice and the ball starts rolling for the day..
 
Kids mesmerize us with their creativity – 20 kids split into 4 group and each group to create a super hero with just Paper!

 


Lemon Race
Being kiddish – We try the lemon race!!
She said – Had a great day! and who said you have a problem? – A Girl telling us stammering is not a Problem!!
Pratibha and Sudhanshu – with the Antakshari Winners! Sudhanshu taught Sa.. Re.. Ga.. Ma.. 🙂

In between all the Chaos, Mohit is in his own world! – Animesh’s daughter with a million dollar Smile!

    WOW! Incredible idea. Who's idea was it? And how did you organize it? It would be great if they have a branch in Mumbai. Maybe Mumbai SHG can visit them :). Thanks for sharing. Absolutely loved the pictures and concept…Bangalore SHG has courage!! 🙂

    @Dhruv..Idea started with Swarnalatha's (a new member of our SHG group) thought of doing something for kids at New Year. It was organized by all of us. I am not sure if they have a branch in Mumbai, but i guess lot of other NGOs might be there. You can visit any of them. Just your time will be enough for those kids.

    We actually did a lot of activities such as photography, costume making etc, and gave them prizes as well. Seeing kids laughing just made our day.
