Videos of Hrithik Roshan Interview at bottom of this post.
Today we started our meetup with a new approach “WALK AND TALK” exercising mind and body at a same time. Our theme for today was “THINK AND TALK” .The basic idea behind this theme is first we have to visualize completely our thoughts then only we should speak. In our activities we followed this theme and found it pretty useful.

The activities happened in meetup:
1) Walk and talk.
2) Meditation.
3) Introduction by each and every member. (in this today we followed some different approach , first the person comes and without talking and maintaining eye contact with everybody prepares his speech in his  mind and then after finishing this ,he starts his speech . )
4) Prepared speeches.
Ramandith gave a speech on the positive attitude which any PWS should develop , he also gave us some inspirational quotations which were repeated by all of us as positive affirmations.
Ramu gave a speech on how to think regarding goals in life.
Mani gave us a brief info about Manimaran sir.
Siva discussed some of the techniques which he is using to deal with his stammering.
Valli gave a lot of techniques which he came across for controlling stammering.
Sumanth shared his views on aspects required to make india a developed country.
Rajesh shared his idea about the power of thinking/dreaming big and also a speech on changing the algorithm of our speech patterns stored in our memory by various techniques like changing the motor plans of brain by new accent or imitation.
5) We have done thought building activity.
6) Then we discussed about different methods of overcoming stammer, building self respect etc.
We signed off meeting after wishing each other.

Sharing your email IDs and phone numbers at the end is a great idea and very helpful, for those who are looking for help, in and around Hyderabad..

After seeing many other SHGs sharing contact numbers of members, we thought it is best to implement it and we also mentioned google docs of all members from Hyderabad Chapter.
I request other SHG's shall prepare a similar google docs of all members list and share it at end of posts.
This also makes other members to work for SHG's success and prepares a second line of control if primary contacts are out of reach for any reasons so that new comers will never miss an opportunity to talk to TISA members for first hand info. Together We Step Up Togther We Succeed !

yes, Sharing email IDs and phone numbers is a great idea and very helpful.
    My suggestion is-
like SHG in different cities , At TISA blog, , State wise list of PWS (who has participated in any activity) should also displayed with contact no. Email id , city & state.
it will be helpful for new PWS to contact nearby TISA members.

Good move Rajesh. Keep involving everyone. Also few days, step aside and let someone else co-ordinate and you can support them or be a participant!! Well done.
