So better late than never…NC in Bhubneshwar was so much fun, I made so many new friends whom I know are with me in my journey called ‘life’ as I am with them. I clearly recall two learnings and trust me when I say this have changed my life :
1. Learn to listen – we can do this without pause 🙂
2. Never think ‘negative’ & if one does then chances of that negative thought becoming a reality are high : Have experienced it hence this first hand experience….
After all we are human’s so still working on above but have helped me..To my friends who don’t like HR professionals, I am trying my bit to educate my industry peers, more on this soon (by god’s grace)
