Power of Acceptance and TISA MOOC

Dr. Humayun ( NRS Medical College, Kolkata )

incidence 1: May 2018, had gone for the AIIMS exam. While verification of admit card I stammer badly in front of many people. I felt ashamed of myself. It’s like I did some crime. Could not concentrate on the exam as usual & got the worst result as expected.

incidence 2: June UPSC exam – got same exam center as previous & hadn’t gone for exam bcoz the fear of stammering I had

Incidence 3:-Found TISA, joined there, started MOOC & SHG meet in Kolkata

Incidence 4: meanwhile found a short video of Satyendra Srivastava Sir to start conversations with a smile. I also practiced meditation as advised by Dr. Sweta Ji using a smiling mind app.

Incidence 5: completed 4 core tasks. During my preparation, I was more worried about stammering rather than an exam.

incidence 6: By this time I gain confidence.

Incidence 7:- September 2018 – again gone for AIIMS exam at the same center, started conversations with a smile & I got surprised like OMG I am not stammering & although I stammer a little I was very very happy. Got a little bit good result than the previous AIIMS.

incidence 8:- I had NEET PG exam on January 6, 2019 . for which I intensify my reading capacity from September to December, it was a hard time for me bcoz I used to get depressed not because of exam rather becoz of my stammering. At that time I used to see TISA blog, MOOC what’s app group just to know how stammer is coping up with situations… I got huge motivation from here & it works as an antidepressant. In January gone for NEET PG exam in the same exam center use the same trick & gave exam smoothly. When results come out I got All India RANK – 131.. I was so happy. People are wishing me over the phone, over Facebook, what’sapp etc..

Yesterday got a call from DAMS (one of the leading medical coaching centre in India) to speak about my success..when I went there my teacher congratulate me & offer mic to speak about my success & to give advise to my juniors.. There was almost 500 juniors who all are mbbs doctor..I spoke there with confidence. Before joining the Tisa I never even saw any dream that one day will come when I will speak in a stage so confidently.. I would like to thank Dr. Satyendra Srivastava Sir for the concept of acceptance, shg, blog & mooc .

Soon I will join Delhi shg.
