Hi Everyone,
Here’s a quick update about our recent SHG meeting on November 3rd at Gandhi Maidan, Patna.
We had a great session with new faces and some interesting discussions!
Meeting Details:
- Location: Gandhi Maidan, Patna
- Time: 11 AM – 2 PM
- Attendees: Naresh, Shubham, Mohit, Shyam
Meeting Highlights:
- We started with a 10-minute meditation session to help us focus.
- Next, we did a 10-minute warm-up, as Dhruv suggested during NC 2024.
- Then, we introduced ourselves using speech techniques we felt comfortable with.
- Naresh explained the different types of speech techniques (pre-block, in-block, and post-block) and gave a live demonstration.
- We practiced impromptu speeches in uncomfortable positions to build confidence in challenging situations.
It was a wonderful time connecting and learning from each other.
