Today’s Bangalore SHG meeting at Lalbagh botanical Garden.

Once again it was a full house with 14 members which made the big hut looking small. The theme was Prepared speech for 5 mnts and Likhith has to count the mnts and raise hands once it crosses the stipuated time and every one so engrossed to deliver speech, Likhith’s hand was busy today by doing ups and down. The SHG is a truly blessed platform to say whatever you want to say. You will get a respectful many pair of ears to listen. Once you complete yours sentences or complete your topic, the joy is no less than a win an IPL match by yours fav team 🙂
Today the meeting started with the new young member Vikash, who works in Facebook and recently got married he shares his stammering journey and attended Partha Bagchi’s class. Initially he got the result but face the relapses.
Akshay’s topic was importance of communication and how to choose a right word and phrase make the communication impactful.
Likhith shares his entertaining journey experience in bike, that taught him balance and acceptance too.
Vaibhav feels that stammering is all in mind which feel you low.
Monohar emphasize on to get organized in work to be more productive.
Ananth talks about the self-concept where ideal self-image should not be far from the present self-image.As a stammerer we always feeling low and think that each fluent person on earth is a superman.
I throw my self back to recollect same SHG personalities I met in my entire long stretch and finally our beloved guru Arjun closed the curtain by showing us his spiritual mirror where living in the present brings the solace to every soul. Bye…
