An IT team with a difference!

On first anniversary of TISA web-site launch, it gives me immense pleasure to announce another initiative TISA has taken and fortunately I am at the forefront of it.

There are many IT professionals, designers, Web site developers and people with other talents in TISA, who have not been able to put their skills to use due to stammering. People haven’t been able to find jobs, or jobs which satisfy them, interests them, rewards them. There are many engineering graduates who are very talented but haven’t been able to break in to corporate world, and are desperately looking for an opening.

To help such people, TISA has endeavored into IT freelancing. TISA has created a virtual team, being spearheaded by Jai Prakash Sunda and Nitin Tomer, which takes up freelancing projects and executes them. The revenue thus generated is shared between the freelancing platform, TISA and the contributing individuals. Obviously the individuals get lion’s share 🙂

This is just the beginning but signs have been very encouraging. We are confidant of developing something big and substantial; and more importantly sustainable. We will keep you posted about our progress.
