Goa Regional Meet – Countdown begins!

The Goa Vipassana Samiti has graciously agreed to do a one-day introductory program for TISA. This would include 3 hours session in morning, 3 hours in evening followed by practice. (Read more about Vipassana by TISA members, to understand how it helps a pws: By Ashish, Tanveer, Pramendra; ed.)

More things to look out for the Regional meet:

1. Colin Coelho, Writer, Music Journalist and Biographer to share his experiences on looking beyond stammering.

About Colin: Colin Coelho is passionate about Music and Writing, and has made it his profession. He has published “Goa in Concert” a literary work in 2009, and has written a column called “Music Mania” on the local daily “O Heraldo” in the past. Presently writing a biography of the famous Goan Musician Anthony Gonsalves, slated to release in June 2015. He’s also presently working on a documentary.

2. Premiere Screening of an inspirational short-film “This book will change your life”. This short film is based on a real life incident / personality and holds a very relevant message for the PWS. TISA Goa Chapter is thankful to the director and the entire team of the film for premiering it in the TISA Goa Regional Meet.

    What a wonderful idea! If I was 18 , I would come just to walk on that beach – and try to climb that tree!! No harm in trying!
    Traveling around itself is a big education and very empowering. Meeting other pws, leaning from their experiences – and learning Vipassana – this would be like icing on the cake.
    Hope our readers well make best use of this opportunity!
