My stammering video no. 3. call to customer care

For a change today I recorded my phone call to a customer care executive at head office of a courier company . And guess what ,my package was delivered to my doorstep by today evening. The pic in this video shows me riding my bike on a “road” in Lahaul Spiti area of Himachal Pradesh..

    Perfect. The lady was in a little bit of rush- obvioûsly since she was handling the helpdesk – but she took all the details from you patiently- immediately phoned the local courier – and promptly got back to you – all in the same call. you too were in control of your communication all the time- managing a good forward flow and ensuring that every word was clearly understood. Have you phoned back to say thank you to that lady – or written a small email of appreciation to her boss? These little things make the world a beautiful place…
    Finally, this is how you challenge yourself and convince yourself that you can do anyting you set your heart at…Kepp sharing more such "cosmic' messages and experiments.

    Thanks Sachin sir for the motivation. The idea to thank the lady had never come to my mind until I read your comment! I have to improve my social skills I guess. I sent an email mentioning and writing highly about the lady. After all 50% of credit should go to her . On my part I called up to raise my issue. On her part she solved it within hours.
