The Sunday meeting was great we had a very good response
today. The meeting was initially started with me, sanjeet sir,Ravishankar, Raghvendra,pradeep.

We started with meditation.Later we had an activity of slow
reading. After slow reading we had an
activity of self introduction .Sanjeet sir had some videos in his laptop so we
decided to watch it after our introduction .In the mean time sachin,vivek
singh,vivek rajput, Rahil rana also added. After watching the videos we
discussed about videos .Everyone speak about the videos what they learn from
watching the videos. As vivek singh and rahil rana had come after a very long
time. We again had our introduction. After that we had our prepared speeches
.Vivek and Rahil had some work so they leave after the activity of prepared
speeches.

Later we have discussed more about acceptance.
How acceptance is important. We also discussed techniques to manage stammering,
why speech therapy fails.
