From December 23rd to 25th, the beautiful city of Patna, Bihar, buzzed with the energy of the TISA National Conference 2023!

This year, the theme was “Empowering Youth Beyond Stammering,” and it brought together incredible young people and passionate supporters from all over India, all connected by their determination to overcome stammering and live life to the fullest.

Day 1:

The conference kicked off with inspiring introductions and presentations. Experts shared their knowledge about stammering, and workshops provided practical tools and techniques for managing it. Everyone felt energized and ready to learn!

Day 2:

Fun and learning went hand-in-hand on Day 2. Interactive role-plays helped participants overcome challenges and build confidence. Sharing experiences through presentations was even more enriching. And to top it off, everyone enjoyed some exciting outdoor activities in the beautiful Eco Park, breathing fresh air and making new friends.

Day 3:

The grand finale arrived on Day 3! Renowned guests from the disability department, social workers, and media houses graced the event with their presence.

The atmosphere was vibrant with excitement as certificates of participation and appreciation were distributed. Dr. Sachin and his brother Narendra Sir received special gifts for their outstanding contributions to the TISA community.

And the cherry on top? Several amazing entries were received for next year’s conference, promising even more excitement in the future!

Optional Bonus: Day 4 – Bodhgaya Trip

For those who wanted to extend their journey, an optional trip to Bodh Gaya, the sacred city where Lord Buddha attained enlightenment, was organized on December 26th.

Participants had the opportunity to soak in the spiritual vibes and find deeper meaning in their personal journeys.

The TISA National Conference 2023 was more than just an event; it was a celebration of resilience, determination, and the boundless potential of young people who stutter.

It was a powerful reminder that stammering doesn’t define who you are, and that with the right support and tools, you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
