- Gratitude journaling as a way to cultivate a positive outlook.
- Reflective writing tasks, like questionnaires inspired by the Johari Window model, to encourage self-awareness and understanding of personal strengths and characteristics

- Lounge-style meetings focused on specific topics, giving everyone a chance to speak.
- Rotation of hosting responsibilities to allow everyone the opportunity to lead.

7. Feedback and Suggestions on the Meeting
- Mental health and psychological well-being topics to be included in the agenda for promoting mental health. – Suggested by Dr. Sweta Ruparel
- Ask members what they expect from each meeting and incorporate these expectations into the agenda. Providing a quick walkthrough on scheduling meetings in Zoom. Suggested by Manasi Kulkarni
- Individual check-ins to boost participation – This practice is already in place to enhance engagement.
