Today,i had a life changing experience….After meeting Dr. sachin yesterday,i’m becoming conscious about my stammering…i do a lot of voluntary stammering(worse than i actually stammer) today…..first with my family, then with my neighbour….finally, when i was in the way for SHG meeting,i do voluntary stammering with more than 5 strangers by asking them addresses of different locations…i was doing voluntary stammering more worse than i actually stammer…then,i went to mehant indresh hospital for SHG meeting..Dr. Kshitij was already there…we plannned to went to market for praticing the techniques…after sometime, we were in the market…there,we both do a lot of voluntary stammering by applying the bouncing technique. After a hour,we returned from there…we have planning for the next meet…it was a life changing experience for me….it gives me a lot of relief..i’m no longer hiding my stammering….i’m no longer a covert stammerer….
My Journey…
