Hello friends , i want to share something personal which all stammers feel whether they accept it or not. We see stammering a major block in our life’s progress. It is true. Each and every time when we want to express ourselves freely this demon comes into the picture and spoil whole thing. These small incidents seem nothing to others but for our life , they are none but hell – these experiences give us nightmares , sleepless nights , tears , heart break feelings.
It is true and absolutely true that stammering mindset stop us from expressing ourselves fully.
The problem lies in our desire to speak fluently. It is obvious. When all around us are freely speaking when needed , then we can’t we ? we feel left out on many occasions. We feel that there is nothing in this life for me , i am worthless , i can’t do anything.
But my dear friends , first we have to accept that yes , i am a stammerer. Just saying that i accept it is of no use. The real acceptance come when we stammer like hell at any time , in front of anyone , at anywhere. This ability alone can help us to overcome the fear , shame , guilt and then only we can move forward to become a good communicator.
And for this , all the credit goes to the stammerer who is in the arena , whose mind was filled regret , shame , guilt , fear , rejection and yet he showed up at each and every conversation stronger than his previous conversation , bolder in attitude and heart.
” When life give you lemon , make lemonade out of it ” – It is very easy to say but hard to apply – because our old comfort zone person feel scared when we command it to go out and speak out our stammering – BUT real progress happens out of our comfort zone. Actually we feel more stronger when we act outside the arena of comfort.
Make yourself strong not to oppress others BUT not to be oppressed by others ( this includes YOU in COMFORT ZONE)
Keep Walking on the path of self help,
Raman Maan

(October 7, 2018 - 7:55 pm)Thanks, Mr. Raman for sharing your one more experience with us all here. I really love your attitude towards stammering. Stammering is a block in our lives only if we consider it so; Our life goals and aims are bigger than stammering. And I totally agree with you first we have to accept that yes, I am a stammerer. Just saying that I accept it is of no use. The real acceptance comes when we stammer like hell at any time, in front of anyone, at anywhere. This ability alone can help us to overcome the fear, shame, guilt and then only we can move forward to become a good communicator. And Yes When life gives you a lemon, make lemonade out of it. Keep Sharing your experiences it inspires us all.

All the best!
