Season – 2 Episode – 1 Arun Kumar ( Humans Of Tisa )

We are launching Season 2 of Humans of TISA and this time we launch articles organized manner. We have decided that we launch atleast one story in a month. We will try to launch more than 1 stories in a month.

Mr. Arun Kumar working in Central Police Force – ITBP (Indian Tibet Border Force) as a Sub Inspector and cadre is GP (General Post). He did diploma in Pharmacy from Delhi University. He has joined TISA in 2011 got number from online Mr. Sachin sir and after call he visit to Dehradoon to meet Sachin sir for may he give some jarri booti to cure but after one visit he feel this is waste of time when he said Haklayo magar pyaar se. He visited there for 3 days but he return next day only. But he realized after 1 year that he following any good technique which cures his stammering that is all wastage. So now also when he gets time in his service he visit to nearby park and do stranger talk. When he visit to Delhi for holidays, So many time due to children and wife responsibility he got only 1 or 2 Sunday in his holidays and not able to attend meetings in Sunday. As in Delhi we organize meeting only in Sunday. So we meet as a informal meeting in weekdays and do stranger talk together.

For some reasons we hide his picture not for lack of acceptance but due to security of his sensitive duty. We have example of his acceptance level. When we shoot this audio we continuously daily basis did stranger talk for 10 days. That was really marvelous experience. We did stranger talk in Delhi metro, asking addresses from strangers, did stranger talk stammering interviews, in bus stop stand around 100 persons and we in distance of 10-15 feet did introduction round with both of us and then take reviews from travelers, took survey form from somewhere and did survey in strangers, shop keepers and coaching institutes etc. We both are hesitant to talking to females. So we try to ask addresses to females only to face our fear. Sometimes females became offensive why he asking address as there many male persons also standing or walking. Even we did many stranger talk activity inside metro station platform like 10 feet distance introduction round etc. We also shoot the video and shared this in our local SHG groups.

Why I am saying this, as I have not dare to metro activity. In last 4 years I did only 2-3 times only in full of fear but Arun Kumar has very great personality and he said dialogue to me “agar nadhi mein kudenge to tairna parrega hi, So Lets jump on river.” In last metro activity was fun for me and for Arun Kumar too. Even when we started this daily stranger talk activity, we started from easy to hard stranger talk activities as we not able to dare for metro activity in starting. Even we skip 2-3 days as per planned for metro activity.
