There was winter on peak, waking up early is not much easy. 😲
As we earlier decided meeting time at 09:30 AM to 12:30 PM and set agenda as well.
As the sunday/ meeting time came everyone reached on time and one of us took entry ticket of Budha smriti park 🏞️🌄.
We sat in circle in light sunshine , did meditation, warm-up and introduced each one. 
In next activity we discussed Tisa’s proven techniques bounsing, prolongation and pausing because some of participants were attending first time and did practice by implementing these all tech. After that there was impromptu activity where everyone have to pick a chit randomly and speak on that 😺. 
Then we jumped on debate on social media’s pros/ cons it was very interesting topic everyone was aware about this. Meanwhile suraj approached a guy who was seating alone near us and asked him to join with us he happily joined with us and participated till the last activity. Then there was talent show activity in which sang a song , someone said joke and mimicry 🤣 . In between we kept on clicking pics 😀 and having fun , in last we took question answers and feedback of participants and chose a host for next SHG who is Ritik Roy 🕺🎇. 
In last, we did stranger talk with unknowns and took their views on stammering and also discussed common topics non- stammering related.
There were 7 participants and all were very eager to join the meet 🥳🥳 some of them came from 150km, > 250 km distance by train 🚂 .

Really I enjoyed the meeting 🤝 it was fabulous and keen to attend next meeting 🤗
