Hi PWS,
In this meeting, 19 people came. It was very energetic meeting. Following were the roles assigned to people:
Overall Host and Feedback session host: Vikas Ranga
Acceptance Activities Host: Dixit Arora
Communication Activities Host: Vishal Gupta.
Following are the four parts of the meeting:
1. Introduction: Vikas gave introduction of TISA, ground rules of SHG. Raman, Anurag, Arunesh and Abhimanyu gave the introduction of Voluntary Stammering, Bouncing, Prolongation and Pausing techniques.
2. Acceptance Activities: Dixit hosted this activity. Everyone had to share their acceptance story. It seemed that everyone’s life became very enjoyable after joining TISA.
3. Communication Activities: Vishal hosted communication activities. We formed two groups. In this activity, people had to give formal speech to convince someone. It had to be real scenario where we usually find problems. People took the example to convince team in office, to convince investors, to convince clients etc. It showed convincing is possible with haklahat also.
4. Feedback+Fun Session: Shailendra and Dixit did good energizer session like Nani Pani etc. After that we had Question and Answer Session as there were many new comers, followed by feedback for PWS.
We ended the meeting with singing+guitar performance of Vishal. Vishal performed Raabta, Dear Zindagi song and one more.
We planned this meeting to keep four sections of the meeting and made co-hosts of last three sections, so that they can think of more creative activities in their sessions. You can give your suggestions about SHG meetings here (https://goo.gl/quafZY).
We are also working on creating goals on Acceptance and Communication track. You can add to this document here (https://goo.gl/XN9PrG).
For next meeting, Ravi Jagga volunteered to be host, and Garima, Arunesh, Raman, and Nazis volunteered to be co-host. Looking for creative and adventurous activities from them.
