Date: 26th January 2025
Time: 1.30 PM – 3 PM
Attendees: Mohit, Shubham, Ravi (Sahil), Kundan
We started the meeting with a guided meditation session. Ravi joined us for the first time and enjoyed the experience.
Next, we did a deep breathing exercise, which helped us feel more relaxed and calm.
Mohit explained all about TISA, including its core values and techniques. Shubham gave a brief overview of different TISA techniques such as bouncing, pausing, prolongation, and voluntary techniques.
We then had a fun Q&A session where we asked each other interesting questions and answered them within 2 minutes. Everyone enjoyed sharing their thoughts. Some of the questions were:
- What will you do if you become alone on an island?
- What will you do if you become the CM of Bihar?
- What challenges do you face due to stammering?
- What are the positive aspects of stammering?
At the end, we had an evaluation round where each member shared one positive aspect and one recommendation for others:
Kundan:
Positive: He is a positive person.
Recommendation: None.
Shubham:
Positive: He is a dedicated person.
Recommendation: Try to analyze before answering.
Mohit:
Positive: He conducts SHG meetings regularly.
Recommendation: Try to engage more members and include more activities.
Ravi:
Positive: He is a kind person and asks excellent questions.
Recommendation: Attend meetups more often.
We ended the meeting with big smiles. Mohit shared the handbook ‘Apna Haath Jagannath’ by Dr. Sachin Srivastava in the group and advised Ravi to read it.
Looking forward to our next meeting!
