Hello Everyone, I am Neha Jain from Bhilwara, Rajasthan. I have a degree in B.Tech (IT). I also did an MBA through distance education. I am currently working as a Senior Software Developer in Bright Infocomp.
After I heard that National Conference 2019, is going to be organized in Bhopal, I was excited because I had joined TISA last year so it would be my first NC and easier for me to attend as Bhopal is not so far from my place. And I heard a lot from group members about NC, so I decided to attend this NC.
In the National Conference, I found that all the activities were planned beautifully. Our mornings started with exercise, yoga & meditation, which made our energy level high. We learnt the basics of martial arts and self-defense techniques also. After having breakfast, the morning session started at 9 am. In that session, Dr. Satyendra Sir guided us and taught us how to be strong both emotionally and mentally.
We also got motivated by listening to the guest speakers Rampal Singh, Manish Upadhyay, Shyam Singh Mewada, Mahendra Singh Rathore, Mohit Mudit Dwivedi, Balli Joshua. All guest speakers boosted our confidence level.
For the people who attended the National Conference for the first time, an introductory session was held to let them know about SHG, and how an SHG can be started. Senior SHG Coordinators explained the iceberg analogy and brief the book “Apna Hath Jagannath” that is written by Dr. Satyendra Sir.
In NC we met many people and had a chat with them. We didn’t know each other but everyone was able to make good conversations with one another. It was a great experience to get to know the stories of other people.
All participants motivated each other to speak up. All members were patient and good listeners. In NC, after a long period of time, I raised my hand to speak up or to come to the stage. This is all because of the positive vibrations that I got from other members. For this, I would like to thank senior members and my fellow participants who encouraged me. I would take some names Dr. Satyendra Sir, Amit Sir, Pramendra Sir, Jitendra Sir, Vikrant Sir, Shweta Ma’am, Shardaree, Natesh, Somnath, Nirmal, Harsh, Satyam, Smit, Pradeep, Pawan Sir, Vipin Sir, Manoj Sir, Joshua Sir, Shahnawaz Sir, Manjeet Sir, Harish Sir, Sanjeet Sir. The life and success stories of senior members motivated us. They got success in their professional and personal life through hard work and positive attitude, we all can achieve our goals by working hard towards them. All members encouraged me by some means.
In NC, we played many games like a number game, question in bottle game, Balloon game, Nani Pani etc. In these games, all members participated with full energy and enthusiasm.
In these 3 days, we didn’t have fear of stammering that what if I stammer? What people will think about my stammering? How to talk with strangers? We talked openly and without worrying about stammering. We made many friends. In these 3 days, we didn’t even found free time for net surfing or for social media, and we didn’t feel tired or bored. We all were enjoying activities and meeting with other members.
I would like to express my gratitude to TISA for providing us a platform, where we can come out from our fear, guilty & negative beliefs, and manage our stammering by acceptance. Thanks to Bhopal Team for providing us very good accommodations and organizing this National Conference successfully.
