TISA Patna SHG Meeting Report- 1st Feb 2026

On 1st February, our TISA Bihar SHG meeting was conducted successfully.

A total of 7 members participated, which made the session both engaging and enjoyable.

The meeting included a variety of activities focused on learning, confidence-building, fun, and interaction.

Activities Conducted – Session Report

1. Guided Meditation

The session began with a guided meditation. Our senior member, Mr. Mohit ji, selected a meditation video, and all participants practiced together for more than seven minutes. This helped everyone feel calm, relaxed, and focused.

2. Introduction and Planning

After the meditation, all participants introduced themselves. The group then discussed the techniques and activities planned for the session.

3. Learning Sharing Session

The group discussed the topic: “What we have learned from YouTube, Instagram, social media, or books.” Each participant shared meaningful learnings.

– Insights from Indian history
– Learnings from Essentialism and self-development concepts

The session was knowledge-rich and inspiring, with active participation from everyone.

4. Physical and Confidence-Building Games

Several interactive games were conducted:

Circle and Thief Game:

Four circles were formed with four players, and one thief stood in the center. Players continuously changed circles while the thief tried to secure a place. This game was suggested by Mr. Shubham, former TISA SHG leader, and was energetic and fun.

Touch and Breathe Kabaddi:
Participants touched players from the opposite team in a single breath, following kabaddi-style rules. This game, also introduced by Mr. Shubham, was highly engaging.

Crowd Introduction Challenge:
Participants approached people, introduced themselves by saying “I am a stammer,” and asked names. Each participant interacted with five people. This activity was suggested by Mr. Naresh ji and helped improve confidence and communication skills.

5. Storyline Game

A creative storytelling activity was conducted where each participant added one sentence to the story. The storyline passed through various emotions such as relaxation, fear, humor, and excitement, and ended on a sweet and positive note.

6. Role Chits Game

This new activity was introduced by Mr. Suraj (Sky), the newly assigned leader. Participants picked role chits and performed accordingly.

– Motivational Speaker
– Overconfident CEO
– Calm Therapist
– Curious Journalist
– Angry Customer
– Nervous First-Time Speaker
– Politician Speech

All participants performed exceptionally well, making the session lively, entertaining, and interactive.

7. Feedback Session

Due to time constraints, the meeting concluded with a brief feedback session. Participants shared their experiences and feelings about the activities.

Overall, the session was successful, engaging, and productive. Seven members attended the meeting, making it lively and meaningful. All participants enjoyed the activities and actively took part throughout the session.
