The TISA Hyderabad
Chapter meet up this time had a good crowd with 14 participants from various
walks of life.
We did meetup in Sugandh’s house.
scientists and Researchers. Since there were many new faces and some oldies
attending the SHG after long time, we had a round of introductions. This was
followed by serious brain storming on the future venue and structure of SHG. At
the end, we decided to include Toastmasters kind of roles in our SHG meetings.
A decision was also made to levy late fee on the participants who turn up late
to the SHG meetings starting from next week. The idea is to make the
participants more disciplined and at the same time to make the SHG meet up a
self-sustaining activity. With these new structural changes and enthusiasm, we
hope to make the TISA Hyd meet ups more fun to be place in
the coming weeks.

(November 12, 2013 - 4:04 am)Yes, that is a CROWD! How did you manage that? what was the reason so many people came? Did you sms/ phone everyone a day before? Was it some other reason?
All this analysis can be useful for other SHGs..

(November 15, 2013 - 3:02 am)@Sachin ji – Thanks for that. Yeah this is just because we started calling members and asking them what do they need from SHG at the core of their heart. And this made them realize that we can make a great difference So this weekend meetup will be very effective for all of us.
I thank Sumanth and Aravindh for helping me in executing tasks.
Regards !
