Pune SHG meet: 4/7/2010

Hi All,

Good Evening.
Last Sunday again, we met at the same venue at around quarter to eleven in the morning.
This time, besides the usual suspects (viz. Manohar, Sanjeet, Rupesh, Syed), we had some new faces viz. Bhaskar and Manpreet. we occupied our seats and started meditating. Then we started a round of introduction using any of the technique. we had a round of energizer called “naani-paani”. we then had a round of presentations starting with me. I presented a written speech that i am about to present at this week’s ToastMasters session. Lucky me to have such forum where i can practise my speeches 🙂

Later, each member of the group came forward and spoke about the topic he was given. we did some more chit-chatting about the relevant and contemporary topics, like “save our tigers” campaign. we dispersed at around 1:00 PM.

    Manohar- you can thank Savita Kulkarni, for Nani Pani game someday- I learned it from her some time back..

    Mr. Manohar let me congratulate you first for taking the courage and joining the Toastmasters. I have also joined the Toastmaster at chandigarh but yet to deliver my first ice breaking speech. We should all join the forum to shed the fears assoiated with speech.The stammering needs to be challenged to overcome it.We are in the process of forming a group here.
