List of Activities:
  1. Start
     We Come to Sant Isher Singh Public school on 10:30 and Start our workshop.

  2. Introduction
     Than we had a introduction round as lot of participants meet each other first time.there was Jasbir singh ji from mohali, JP and Amarjit singh from chandigarh , Balwinder and Manish from ambala , Rajesh ji from karnal and Anupinder from patiala.

  3. Deep Breathing
    than we do deep breathing exercise for 5-6 Minutes. in which inhale from nose and exhale from mouth. Jasbir ji tell us we should practice this deep breathing exercise daily for 10 minutes.
  4. Anulom Vilom
     than Anulom
    vilom, a yoga exercise which is basically alternate nose breathing
    (breathe in from the left, breathe out from the
    right, breathe in from the right,
    breathe out from the left, again breathe in from the left…. and so on)
    for 15 minutes
    a day reduces blood pressure by
    regulating and moderating the pressure as well as releasing toxins. we do 5-6 cycles of this exercise and feel very relaxed after that..

     

  5. Meditation 
    than we do meditation in which we have to visualize numbers from 100 to 0 evenly like 100>98>96>…….>2>0  in our mind with eyes closed.

  6. Concentration Exercise
    than we do concentration exercise in which had to see only the point, nothing else. Only the point exists for you now and  Try not to strain your eyes.
  7. Vocal Cord exercises
    than we had vocal exercise which are used to relax our vocal organs.


  8. Laughing session

  9. Reading Exercise
    in that session jasbir singh ji read a article from newspaper words by words and rest will repeat that aloud than we had water break and again read other article from newspaper.this is a great exercise.

  10. Voluntary Stuttering 
    in this we had to voluntary stutter on every 2nd 3rd word in sentence while  introducing our self to others.
  11. Share Something
    in this activity we had to share a joke and some participants also share some stories and personal experiences.  
  1. Ask questions from another PWS
    (By Pausing Technique)
    in this activity we can ask questions
    to any member and he should wait for 5-6 seconds (take pause)before
    answering. this is awesome activity and give us chance to learn more
    about each other.
  2. Who I am 
    in this activity we have to fill the blanks 
    i am __________________
    i am__________________
    we giving print out to each participants in which there are 16 such fill ups.
    he should fill it up with thought that stuck his mind first 
    like :: i m hardworker
               i m stammer……………

    and than one by one all share what he wrote to others. this activity is fun.

  3. Discussion
    than we discuss alot of things with jp sir, Jasbir ji, all participant take part in group discuss. 
  4. Tisa Batches  
    than jp sir give us Tisa Buttons/Batches.these are Super Duper cool 

     
  5. Experience Sharing
    we share our experiences with jp sir and jasbir ji learn from them a lot of things
     
  6.  Bye-Bye Fir milege
    leave the venue with promise to meet asap again.
